A report submitted by the deputy superintendent of public instruction in response to a request made to the Department by the Board on Government Operations on September 11, 1968, to make an evaluation of complaints registered with the Board by the United Community Action Group concerning the operation of the Inter-Related Language Skill Centers by the Milwaukee Public Schools.
